What You’ll Do
As a Senior Motion Designer, you’ll research, experiment, and bring static things to life on the screen. You will collaborate with art directors, designers, video producers, copywriters, and the account team to make content that gets our clients noticed. From scroll-stopping motion graphics to complex animations, you will be challenged to be an agency leader for anything that moves. You’ll also feel peer pressure to have strong opinions on streaming adaptations of award-winning video games.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree from university, college, or art institute and/or…
- 5+ years work experience as a motion graphic artist or related position, preferably at an agency
- Proficiency in motion graphic design and animation software such as After Effects plus the relative Adobe suite of software
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in motion graphics, animation, and visual design
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with team members and clients
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of video editing techniques and principles
- Proven ability to concept for marketing and advertising goals
- A hunger to embrace generative AI and emerging tools
- The drive to constantly innovate and experiment
