As a result:

  1. Upgrade services landing page views rose 23%.
  2. There was a 63% increase in total customer upgrades.
  3. Email campaigns saw an average open rate of 37.86% and a CTR of 1.57%.
  4. Digital advertising generated a conversion rate of nearly 40%, and an estimated 12.45% of those converted into Smart WiFi upgrades (campaign CTA) via the website.
