As the SVP of Finance, Catherine’s job is important because she ensures that we all get paid. She spends all day looking upon our mountain of bills in despair, but still finds the time to bring baked goods into the office. Is she Mad Genius’s HR? No. Do people act like she’s Mad Genius’s HR? Yes.

What is your hometown, and what’s the best thing about it?
Originally from Clinton, Mississippi. It was a great place to grow up, small enough to know almost everyone, but not so small that you had to date your cousin.
When you’re not working, you’re most likely…
I spend a lot of time on the road. I have three children, all at different SEC schools that are not in the same direction. In the fall, it is a different university every weekend, but it is nice to always have a winning team between the three of them. If it is not college athletics, it is a sorority or fraternity event. It is a lot of fun!
Tell us about a place you visited and something you loved about it.
Hawaii (or any beach, really). I love to read a great book and listen to the ocean under an umbrella. Honestly, the book doesn't even have to be that good if I can hear the ocean.
