What You'll Do
As a project coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day management of client projects across departments. Working closely with account service teams, project managers, and creatives, you'll maintain timelines, assign tasks, and keep communications on track. You’ll also support our teams to develop and present clear, concise, and compelling proposals. This is perfect for you because you're eager to gain hands-on experience in agency operations and project workflow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, right? At the end of the day, when you clock out, none of it will feel like work because you love this stuff.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Comfort juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace—experience with project management software is a plus
- Interest in creative services, digital marketing, branding, or video production
- A positive, team-player attitude and an eagerness to learn
