You’ll collaborate with designers, strategists, and back-end engineers to deliver solutions that are clean, maintainable, and optimized for speed and accessibility. You’ll apply modern PHP standards, follow WordPress best practices, and contribute to technical discussions that elevate our development processes. And you'll (possibly) live happily ever after.
What You’ll Need

- Strong expertise in building custom WordPress themes and plugins from the ground up
- Deep understanding of WordPress core concepts, hooks, actions, filters, and the template hierarchy
- Experience adapting pixel-perfect frontends from Figma
- Skilled in working with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and custom API endpoints
- Comfortable with version control using Git and collaborative workflows
- Familiarity with WP CLI, debugging tools, and performance profiling
- Understanding of security best practices in WordPress (role capabilities, sanitization, nonces, etc.)
- Experience with headless WordPress or advanced integrations (preferred, but not required)
- A commitment to writing well-documented code and participating in code reviews
This role is open for in-house or hybrid candidates.
