What You’ll Do
A Mad Genius associate graphic designer is responsible for turning concepts into tangible products. Whether we’re working on something for digital, print, or some newfangled dimension yet to be discovered, you're the person who brings ideas to life. Detail is the name of the game. Everything must be presented perfectly, with all pixels, colors, and text precisely positioned. You’ll help the creative team interpret raw data, bringing them to life as charts, graphs, icons, and graphics to convey information. You’re a life-giving, translating, artistic phenom that hungers to bring order to chaos—and we have the chaos. You’ll work hard. But if you’re the right person, none of it will feel like work.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, fine art, or mass communications field
- An exceptional online portfolio showcasing grasp of typography, design, and composition
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software
- Experience preparing production files for print and web
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and highly developed problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize time across dozens of active projects to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with AI in design and a willingness to learn more
- Knowledge of responsive web design techniques
- Presentation skills
