What You’ll Do
As a client services specialist at Mad Genius, you will act as a proactive, solutions-driven partner supporting the media director and chief growth officer in executing high-impact strategies that align with client goals and fast-moving market conditions. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for stakeholders, managing timelines, budgets, and internal coordination across media, creative, and billing teams to ensure every deliverable is accurate and on time. With a sharp eye for detail and a client-first mindset, you will oversee complex co-op reimbursement programs and brand compliance guidelines, juggling multiple priorities and production shoots with a sense of urgency. By identifying potential hurdles before they arise and maintaining organized communication across all platforms, you will continuously optimize workflows and protect client budgets to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You will also have a lot of fun.
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years in advertising, media, or marketing
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools (Monday.com a plus)
- Outside sales or advertising sales experience preferred
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Client-first mentality with a focus on delivering results
- Clear communicator who can work across teams and with clients confidently
- Ability to adapt quickly and pivot as needed
