What You’ll Do
As a client services specialist at Mad Genius, you will support the media director and chief growth officer in executing and optimizing media strategies that align with client goals, priorities, and fast-moving market conditions. You’ll coordinate production and social media efforts across multiple platforms and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for several stakeholders. With a sharp eye on performance, you’ll analyze results across rooftops, deliver clear reporting and recommendations, and continuously optimize campaigns to drive leads, efficiency, and traffic—balancing form and function.
What You’ll Need
- 2–4 years of experience in digital media, advertising, or marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Experience with social media management tools (HubSpot, Sprout, Hootsuite, Meta Business Manager, etc.)
- Strong project management and organizational skills (experience with Monday.com would be super)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards (any AI knowledge is a plus)
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable balancing strategy with execution
- Detail-oriented with strong compliance awareness
- Client-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
