Mississippi Attorney General

The Mississippi Crime Victim Compensation Division provides financial assistance to victims of crime and their family members. Applicants to the program can apply for reimbursement for lost wages, mental health and medical treatment and funeral expenses. Mississippi Crime Victim Compensation approached Mad Genius to develop a new brand identity and a television spot to reach out to victims of crime who may not know of the services or may be fearful of inquiring. With the help of the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Mississippi, we interviewed victims and heard their testimony. A riveting, effective commercial was produced using the stories of actual victims, in their own words.
